- Basic coffee knowledge – understanding the different attributes of specialty coffee
- Pour-over brewing techniques – properly brew a pour-over coffee with V60
- Espresso preparation techniques – a skill-building session to develop great techniques for dosing, distributing and tamping
- Milk frothing and pouring – apply proper positioning and milk frothing techniques and introduction to free-pouring
